Mindfulness, Presence, Care
To experience life more fully, we can practice mindfulness. Mindfulness is being aware, attentive, and alert to what is really happening, instead of being distracted, switching off, or running on automatic. It is also kind and caring, and helps us to take responsibility for our own minds and hearts by meeting what arises. It helps us to let go of what is unhelpful, and encourage what is beneficial to ourselves and others. It is central to spiritual practice and the third of The Five Powers In this course we will explore and learn to practice a caring awareness. This is a gateway to our hidden life! The course includes a video talk, an audio talk, a guided meditation, and reading materials and the possibility of asking a question.
