Energy and Effort

We can do a restart. We can radically transform our daily life. But like a snake shedding its old skin it may need a bit of effort. We can enjoy more energy and motivation if we know how to access it and refine it. As the second of the The Five Powers, the realization of ‘not too tight, not too loose’ is a key to Buddhist meditation. In this course we will experience and develop states of energy and effort, and renew our motivation.
